Assessments
When you have logged into the Web Service you will find our digital application template. The digital template offers help on the path to creating a building product declaration, and by answering questions and filling the template out you create your own building product declaration. Byggvarubedömningen provides user manuals to help you in the application process. These manuals provide step by step help in preparing an application for your product.
Alternatively, you can fill out our application form in word form, instead of using our digital application form. You can find our application form here BVBs Application form (docx).
Please also attach following documents if your product is:
- An electronic device: RoHS-certificate in accordance with 2011/65/EU
- A chemical product: Safety Data Sheet in accordance with CLP
- To be used indoors: Certificate or report for emissions of VOC's
When applying for an assessment, you can choose a 2-day or 10-day assessment, which means Byggvarubedömningen has 2 alternatively 10 days to report a preliminary assessment to you. The preliminary assessment results states whether the product is ready for publication or if additional information is required. When the assessment is complete you will be able to see the preliminary result on our website and you will always have 14 days to provide complementary information or any comments (please also contact bedomning@byggvarubedomningen.se) if you have any questions. After these 14 days the assessment will be published in our database.
